Description: The water rocketry challenge is a competition to build a rocket powered by pressurized water. The competition focuses on designing aerodynamically better rockets that would be capable of targeted flights when launched at a particular angle from the horizontal. The participants need to study the basics of rocketry and come up with their own designs.

Description: The event is about a quiz which will be based on basic automobile engineering objective type questions. The questions will not be asked directly in the quiz. Each question would have some obliges so first you have to decode the question for getting the meaning of question and then you have to be accountable. For decoding the question, the hint will be provided within the question. Using that hint you can easily decode the question.

Description: In this event participants have to construct a bridge from popsickle sticks (ice-cream sticks).The load bearing capacity and stability of the bridges will be checked.

The robot that complete the task in the shortest period of time while accurately tracking the course line from start to finish wins.

All pirates get to know that there are two hidden treasures in the TORTUGA Island, so they came here with their crew members to capture this treasure.
All pirates have almost 3-4 fellows with them. Now this island contains volcano (fire pit) and big rock (hammer) which will act as obstacles in the island [square table].
Now as pirates keep coming and fighting with each other, the two pirates who will remain undefeated will get the treasure ( prize money).

  • In this event, a line follower manual control robot with a gripper will be used.
  • Bots have to start from starting point and pick up different object (as each object has some points) and then have to place that object at destination.

  • Size of robot will be informed later.

  • Participant who argues with judges and violates the above rules is liable for disqualification.
  • The plugs and extension boards will be provided to participants. Ø The clearance between each object will be 60 cm so that the robots can move around without any disturbance to the objects

General Rules: On the spot regist ration will be done only on 1 st November 2017 . Online registration is also available on GENERO’1 7 Website. Player must respect the spirit of fair play and non - violence. Use of personal map texture/model/skins (includes weapon skins) is NOT permitted. In case of any dispute organizers decision will be considered final. Third party program/additional software like mouse fix and dll’s will not be allowed. If teams are not fulfilling the criteria of the rules mentioned above then their registration will not be considered.

  • ROUND 1: Volunteers will speak the word and participants have to spell the words by listening it. The volunteers will repeat the word only 1 or 2 times. +1 will be awarded for correct response and 0 point will be awarded for incorrect response. This will be an elimination round.   • ROUND 2: This round will be the pronouncing the words. Words will be displayed to the participants and they have to pronounce it. Participant with highest number of pints shall be declared as the winner of the event.

  1. The Youth Parliament is a simulation of the Indian Parliament wherein the participants appear as MPs and debate on issues of national importance. The MPs will be forming the government and the opposition with the government being a coalition of two or more parties. A party can leave the coalition on grounds of conflict of principles, or any other reasonable grounds but the decision should be rational. The Speaker will be evaluating each and every move of the MPs.
  2. The Speaker will chair the House .There will also be a Deputy Speaker as per the wish of the Speaker of the House.
  3. The Parliament will have 1 house- the Lok Sabha. A bill has to be passed in the house after which it will be sent to the President for his assent. The government shall send 3 representatives to present their case before the President after the bill is passed in both the Houses explaining the reasons for their bill to be passed. Its upto the discretion of the President to give his assent to the bill or not.
  4. The government shall present the bill in its real original form as in the present day. However, amendments in the draft will come in after progressive debate with opposition in the House.
  5. Its not binding on the MPs to take their government‘s stand on every issue. They may cast a negative vote or abstain from voting if they are unsatisfied with their party‘s decision.
  6. A bill introduced in one house of the Parliament shall be discussed in the other House only when it is passed in the first House.
  7. All bills require a simple majority to pass except Article 370, which will require a 2/3 majority as it involves an amendment of the constitution.
  8. In case of a disagreement between the two houses over a bill, a joint session will be summoned to resolve the deadlock.
  9. Apart from the bills, regular updates will be introduced in the houses to facilitate quick responses and actions in exigencies which will be a great learning process for the participants.
